However, please note:

4. Section 118 Clearances & Legal Consultations

Land transactions in Himachal Pradesh are governed by the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972 (specifically Section 118), which places restrictions on non-agriculturalists and non-Himachalis purchasing land in the state.

We provide consultancy and facilitation for obtaining Section 118 clearance from the government. While we have a high success rate and expertise, the final approval is at the sole discretion of the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Property House cannot guarantee clearance within a fixed timeline.
